Collect only what makes the plan work.
WhenWe is designed around the identity, availability, and plan details needed to coordinate a group. We do not treat a calendar as an invitation to copy everything in it.
Keep sharing boundaries explicit.
Anyone with the invitation link can see the plan, participant names, and combined results. Named availability for each time is private to the organiser by default. The organiser can choose to share those detailed answers with everyone who has the link when creating the poll. Detailed results visibility controls named answers; it does not hide the participant list.
Keep your edit link private.
Your personal edit link lets you return to your own answers while the poll is open. Save it somewhere safe and do not share it with the group. Use the invitation link to invite people.
Ask before calendar access.
When calendar assistance is introduced, it must remain optional and consent-based. It must not silently expose event titles, guests, locations, or unrelated history to the group.
Give people control.
Participants can review their own answers and edit them while the poll is open. Account, retention, export, and deletion details will be published in the binding privacy notice before the service launches publicly.
